MISS.A is an online retail store that offers accessories, personal care and skincare items, jewelry and small home objects, curated and operated directly by our team from São Paulo, Brazil.

3. Product information

We describe each item with care and try to keep prices, photos and specifications accurate. Even so, small differences may occur (variations in color, minor stock updates, typographical errors). If a listed price or description is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Payment is handled through licensed third-party processors. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated shipping times are informed at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates based on the carrier and may vary. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch.

6. Returns and exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving an order, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), provided the item is in its original condition. To open a request, contact us at the email below.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products, beyond the amount effectively paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be handled by the courts of São Paulo — SP.
